OSHA, NFPA, NEC - Voluntary Compliance Programs
STC provides process and facility safety audits for determination of compliance with safety regulations.  We offer both Construction Site Safety Assessments and General Industry Site Safety Assessments.  These audits may be tailored for a specific safety concern (such as machine safe-guarding) or may be comprehensive and include visible violations, deficient programs and/or deficient training.  These audits range from half-day to full-week depending upon the facility and scope of services.  These assessments are also an excellent means of discovering regulatory noncompliance before enrolling in the VPP (STAR) program.

EPA and RCRA Environmental Assessments/Audits
STC provides process and facility environmental audits for determination of compliance with environmental regulations.  In the case of suspected contamination, we offer Certified Phase I, II and III assessments/audits.  For the sale of real property, we offer Environmental Real Estate Acquisition and Divestiture Assessments.  These services include sample
collection of soils and/or groundwater testing.


Training Assessments and Accident/Incident Investigation

There are over 100 regulations that require training to ensure compliance and a safe work environment. STC provides assessments of facilities and processes to determine training needs. We also provide experienced and effective investigation of accidents/incidents for determination of root cause, regulatory compliance, and recommended corrective actions.
